It's the OG of AI in recruiting. But here's the thing: if you just copy-paste what it gives you, people will notice. The output sounds generic and polished in a way that screams "AI wrote this." In practice, I use it as a starting point and then edit heavily. The recruiters who get the best results treat it as a drafting partner, not a replacement for their own voice. Also, the quality of your prompts matters enormously. Garbage in, garbage out. Learn to prompt well, and ChatGPT becomes incredibly powerful.
